I'm not sure how young an actually-adult girl can pass for,through physique,acting skill,or what have you,though a hard limit would seem to be ages where she wouldn't have adult teeth!That guy saying he saw a woman he knew was in her twenties look 10 is the youngest I've heard.That's still way over the baby ages I'd idealize for at-home roleplay but public pretending could still be fun where possible.
If your preference is for petite girls (as noted,mine isn't,but who knows who I might wind up with) then by all means check your classmate out and see what you have in common.
