I don't think that most of those "girls" are actually female at all. Many of the ones that often claim to be bi, also conveniently had mothers that have kept them in diapers since birth and bottle fed them through high school.
I think the prevalence of so many "bi" girls is simply due to male pretenders creating their female fantasies and then trying to pass themselves off as real.
However I wouldn't be surprised that there is a slightly higher proportion of bisexual people on diaperspace simply due to the fact that those who have found fetishism are likely to be people who have thoroughly explored many aspects of their own sexuality.
I also think it's important to remember that sometimes people identify as bi to simply mean that they are willing to play with someone of the same sex, but they're not necessarily sexually interested the same sex.
It's harder to explain in the Daddy/girl context, but in the case of BDsM, I've played kinky games with my girlfriends, smacked a few asses, but I've never had sex with them.
