I might suggest that since you're only 19, developing a bit of patience might help. Many of us search for years or even decades to find a good D/lg coupling. Also, ageplay compatibility only takes you so far. If you are looking for a baby/partner you need to have things in common beyond the fetish/lifestyle/whatever.
To land a good partner, you have to attract good people, which you do primarily by being a good person as well.
