practice, practice, practice!
wetting gets easier the more you do it. practice in your pants, practice in your diapers, practice different positions and locations, heck, if you have an understanding buddy you can even practice peeing in front of them.
also, take elle's advice to heart about what kind of things you actually want him to do when he 'punishes' you and whether real punishment is applicable to your situation or just play punishment.
