I agree with elle on this in that sometimes in life you just get people who do things like this to you.
Sad fact, but this facet of your life that you clearly have invested a lot of time and probably money into probably won't be as appealing to you for a little while. But it doesn't mean forever.
And certainly, if you have friends who you've known for a while, and especially ones who have already had dealings with this "Da", then what is there to be anxious about?
Your other friend was doing a terrible thing by using you and that's something to watch out for in friendships. But don't automatically assume then that all of your other friends who are into this are out to get you too.
Likewise, don't be of the opinion that a friendship has to be solely centered around you. If these other people had dealings with "Da", and you currently aren't in a binding relationship with him, don't feel betrayed if someone takes a more intimate liking. It happens in almost every circle of friends.
