You might want to check out fetlife. There are quite a few Daddy/little girl groups over there. They, for the most part, don't focus on baby/diaper play what so ever. Lots of issues are discussed concerning the D/lg relationship. People from all types of relationships post, so you can get a flavor of all of the variety offered. You do have to set up an account to access it though. The two groups I belong to are "Daddy Dominants" and "Daddy Doms & babygirls".
Though I am on Diaperspace and have met some cool people, be prepared for bombardment by males. The males way out number the females, and unfortunately not all of them have manners. I get emails every day that read something like...."R U wet" "Do U lik to mess", etc.
