Capitalizing Dominant/Master/Slave/Daddy and not capitalizing sub/bottom, etc, comes more from the BDsM world as a way of showing respect. I've heard that it developed in the chatrooms, but many subs use it as a simple way to show respect to their Dom/Top whatever in their everyday writings.
But with all of the single Daddy's out there, I doubt that an little girl, regardless of whether she caps her title or not, is going to be ignored. Searching Daddy's far outnumber searching littles.
Also, while BG/LG, means what is does to you, I assumed from the capitalization that you were going to ask a question about dominant littles. Relationships exist where the daddy is the bottom/sub to a Dominant child. Some people may accidently make that inference by you capping BG/LG.
