I've met two guys irl who were into the daddy thing but also clearly preferred the sub role when push came to shove. I think a lot of guys might be embarrassed to admit it since it's sort of counter-intuitive and they're afraid of losing butch points, but it definitely exists. Try making it clear that you are looking for a daddy to boss around and see who pops up, or look for open-minded sub guys who seem to have a penchant for potty and sissy games.
