Well, there aren't many times where wearing a diaper while sleeping wouldn't be possible, so I wouldn't mind having to wear at night. I don't know about losing control, though. At this stage in my life I still go out sometimes, and have sleepovers and what not, so I don't think that'd be something I'd want to do at the moment, but the idea is appealing. Like Mya mentioned, it adds to the little girl factor.
