First off, I'm a guy and in my opinion I would take it slow, ease into it. Start with some little joke or something, like if you on a car trip, keep telling him you have to go to the bathroom and after stopping 4 times and he gets annoyed, just say "Well next time I'll wear a diaper" or if you guys do roleplaying, go online and print out a list of fetishes and just go down til you get to Infantalism and afterwards tell him you really enjoyed that. Just poke and prod at him, if you see famalies in the park, tell him that you think he'd be a good dad (which he could percieve as you wanting a baby, so maybe not that one) lol, Good Luck :)
