I met my first daddy through alt.com and my current through diaperspace. I did have a personal ad posted here for awhile, but most of the responses were HNGs who just wanted to get off and not get to know me. I didn't answer ads here for that same reason.
With all the fet-oriented websites out there I think it's better to join those and post a thoughtful profile about who you are as a person rather than just what sexual fetishes you require your partner to have. I do know a couple girls that just look for sex on these sites, but the vast majority want to form friendships and romantic partnerships, which require a lot more than just sexy chat about diapers.
