Well, most time I play I'm around 3-4 years old. But I have to constantly be ready to switch right back to being 19 (my real age) because I live at home with my parents. I don't find that very hard to do at all. Perhaps because I'm used to it.
Basically, even when I'm in the toddler mindset, a part of me is still 19 just in case I have to switch back quickly.
