it is possible he had something of huge burden in his life and he just couldn't be there for you, it is also possible he is just playing and not really a daddy at all. Talk to him let him reach out to you if he needs too, if he isn't the one for you I know your daddy is out there somewhere. Little girls deserve all the love and attention they need.
