Wow sounds like my ex daddy. Daddies do have lives, but if they truely want to be a daddy they know it takes extra care and time to be a daddy, its not just a regular relaitonshiup. But from experience, if he is not taking care of your needs now, he is not going to change, its hard to walk away because of the good times,but sometimes you have to what is best for you. Baby girls are fragile, and its not good to let him continue hurting you by rejecting and ignoring you, then pretend like everything is ok.
