The more you do it,the more you get used to it,the easier it will become.And a good daddy will appreciate your efforts and help you.(Do you live with him now?)
Have you tried nighttime training,always wearing diapers to sleep and using them in bed until it starts to happen in your sleep?(It takes a good deal longer than learning to keep paci in your mouth overnight but with practice it will happen,and waking up wet every morning goes a long way to confirm you in babyspace).
