Suppositories can be useful for sampling the experience but they can hardly become a regular routine.Just work on becoming used to messing in diapers,and try suppositories for the "helpless" feeling at times.
Cloth and disposables both have their advocates and there are better and worse versions of each.Rubber/plastic pants can be a useful accessory for cloth.
How have you been doing overnight,are you wetting in your sleep frequently?
