This is a really good question.
Currently, my relationship with my boyfriend/Daddy is online because he lives far away. But we do still play over Skype and messenger.
For me, wetting in front of Daddy means a lot of things depending on the situation. If I'm not in diapers it means punishments. I like doing this to get his attention.
If I'm in diapers it makes me feel helpless when Daddy has to check me and then change me. But I feel comforted when he does so.
If it's in the potty he usually praises me and that feels good. I love being praised and I do this when I need a confidence boost of some sort.
Sometimes wetting is sexual, sometimes it's just a good emotional release. It really depends on the situation.
