For me it has become mostly the third point you detailed. The shared intimacy is a huge part of it. But also there is a significant part of that is about trust and reinforcing my position as his babygirl. It underlines that I am that babygirl no matter what and wetting reminds me, even when I have to do big girl things and wear my biggirl clothes, my diaper and wetting keeps me bound in the fact that I am Daddy's babygirl.
