24 hours is not missing, maybe she just needed to get away for a day, maybe she wasn't feeling good. Hunting her down makes it look like you don't trust her. She doesn't want to answer questions about your relationship to whoever you called. The persistent questions aren't helping. A phone daddy is not like a husband or live in boyfriend. I am assuming she is an adult and can take care of herself for a day. Send her a nice card apologize and while you can admit you were overbearing, let her know you care for her. Send some chocolates or a toy she likes. While I try to talk to my little girl everyday, she too has some health concerns and their are days when we don't get to talk. I think you overreacted and while it may have been well intended it looks like a violation of her personal space to me. I understand her anger but believe it will pass it time.
