As a female I have to ask - have you used your clothing as your toilet and that's why you think you may want to be diapered or is it you just want to incorporate diapers and then go forward and use them for potty time?
I know for me when I was diapered 24/7 as an adult playing a toddler for friends I was a wetter/messer before I got introduced to being diapered but the pacifier/binkie in my mouth or a baby bottle in my mouth all the time made the urge that much stronger to want to feel a bulky diaper snug against my bottom. When I was told to do whatever I had to do potty wise in the diaper the first time it was weird being told its ok to not use the potty. I was encouraged to suck on the pacifier all the time and soon I had no problems with a diaper being put on my bottom. *i miss those days*
