My Daddy is also a lot older than me. Everyone has been pretty much accepting of our relationship, and even though I'm sure some people proberly think its a to big age difference, they have never said anything to me about it.
I kinda figure that most people will think, if it makes you both happy, then its fine and anyone that doesnt put your happieness before the age gap, isn't really worth you worrying about.
Being a 'Daddy/LG' relationship makes things a little different I think. I like my Daddy to be older than me, I wouldn't want my Daddy to be the same age. It just wouldn't feel right.
