Hmmm... sounds like what happened to me. I chatted with a gal on Yahoo messenger for 3 months... Then when I was going to fly to her state to meet her, she cut it off abruptly.
I found out a few weeks later that "She" was a guy!! We had traded pics, (That "she" obviously grabbed from somewhere online..) but we never video chatted. Though I guess with enough make-up, "she" could have faked that too..
Anyway, the moral of the story... there's alot of crap that goes on online!
