FWIW, I can't stand baby talk, and yes, the lifestyle is quite a turn-on for me, which is natural and for which I do not apologize. I've spoken with many daddies who can't stand the baby-talk, BUT that doesn't mean one or two out there won't accept it - at least for a time. So, don't give up!
