I am a 36 year old guy from Midlands UK, I've been into this fetish since my teens, My favorite pastime is pooing my pants or nappies, used to use just pants but since I found a cheap website to buy nappies from I prefer these now as they dont usually leak and I can wear them full of poo for longer.
I like sportswear and tracksuits, its another one of my big fetishes, so I like to put on a disposable nappy - usually a tena slip maxi or the like, then put on over the top of this an all in one Adidas lycra wrestling suit (get em from ebay seller "Lesports" - £19.99 dead horny!) which holds the nappy perfectly in position - very good at doing this as the nappy gets fuller of piss and poo!) and also tend to hide the usual nappy giveaway shape. Then I will usually put on over this a pair of baggy Shiny/silky Adidas Tracksuit bottoms (unlined type - not shell pants) and perhaps a sweatshirt or t-shirt. Its then hardly possible for anyone to know that I'm wearing a nappy. Then I'm ready for the day, I will go out in this gear and have great fun loading my pants whilst walking round TK Maxx in Hanley! Even now, for me its still a challenge to poo myself whilst in town, especially in shops as I always feel people can smell me! but its so cool and the feeling is just brilliant when I'm walking around in my trackies with a dirty stinking nappy on underneath.
I prefer good big semi hard / firm poos and eat a lot of rice/pasta/potato/bread - all white not wholemeal, combine with Loperamide tablets (to slow down the colon activity ) to make the turds firmer - Loperamide is available at the chemist or supermarket - get mine from Asda, they are more commonly known as Immodium or anti-diarrhoria tablets.
I love to fill my nappy in the house as well, I live alone so am able to do this all the time and really stink the house out LOL! I use plenty of Baby nappy cream and petroleum jelly as I sometimes get quite sore, especially if I've been loading my nappy with piss and poo and been sitting it for over 10 hours.
