MyRealBlue is great, but it's kind of annoying because you have to reply "Thank You" to any post so you can get the download link and most of the time people split download links into multiple rapidshare downloads - so those of us who refuse to pay for a rapidshare account you are limited.
But, on the other hand, I've found videos there I've never found anywhere else.
