the size of the states population would impact the overall number of people in the state that are into any fetish.
so size would matter to a point. if you live in a state of 100,000 there may not be any WS women, even if this is more than the amount per 100,000 in the population in general. if you live in a state with 10,000,000 the chances of having no one into wetting are about nil. (this assumes wetting fetish is not less than about .001% of population)
