Lizzy, that is soooo awesome!
I presume that the love of your life knows you love her and is close... I would hate to think that all this is unrequited.
But if all this is true, then you two are probably planning some wonderful times ahead. I do hope she doesn't mind that you share some of them here.
If I had someone like that that was close to me, I would probably never leave the bed at all - particularly for potty breaks. Get some extra mattress protection - that will pay off in a big way. If you use a waterproof mattress cover, and then a hospital pad and a couple of towels (one set under each of you) you can have all your accidents in bed and only have a little extra laundry to do. :-)
I do hope you will come at tell us about your new adventures.
