All of these guys, each in their own way, are trying to 'sway' you - to tell you to come back to the fold - to tell you that you like filling your panties. Yes, I know, it is hard not to listen to them, because, for a time, you enjoyed some of the activities.
I have always professed that, once you fill your panties on purpose the first time, you will hate yourself - either for doing it the first time, or for not doing it years before. It is a cute phrase, but is essentially true.
No one else can decide that you like something; only you can do that. No one else can tell you that you should or should not do something; only you can do that. You, alone, decide how and when you will be influenced, if at all.
These guys are well-meaning, and I have thought that I would/should support them in trying to help you like all this. But their thoughts (and mine) are guided by 'their' feelings, not necessarily yours.
The stories you contributed, all six of them I believe, were well-written, and inviting to us. If you decide this is not what you wish to write about, that is our loss. You know that you can't write about something that is not in your heart - and to try to would corrupt what you DO want to write about. You have to decide what your writing focus will be, and how far it will take you.
I truly hope you have enjoyed being a part of our little community, and that you might stay.
If you become a lurker here, you might find food for things you want to write about (since that appears to be your calling), but I kinda doubt it. It is very hard for me to say, but this may be one of those times when it is best to break the ties that might pull you from your purpose (YOUR purpose) to which you MUST be true. But when you get your first book published, let us know - you might create a market for it right here.
