The problem is usually with the banner ads. Google keeps the attack site info for a while, 90 days I think, so even if the site has removed/fixed the problem, it will still report it as such till it checks it again. It has done this several times in the past, but I've never had any problems with the actual torrents.

This is from back in 2008, seems to happen fairly often.
