Well, I don't wear any plastic pants or drape a coat around myself, but I don't talk to anyone or have a coffee or whatever either. I just do my grocery shopping and, if I'm intending to load my pants, when I get the urge and have to go pretty bad and don't want to hold it any longer, I let go and poop my pants. The other day there was no fear or anything about it. I knew it was going to be firm, I knew it was going to be pretty large, so I just did it.
