It is difficult to tell what you want from a post like this, but I will try to respond.
As L.E. pointed out, there are LOTS of posts here, many stories (may not be relevant to you), and lots of experiences shared by others like you and me. For my part, yes, what I do has developed over many years, and it was a mere 15 years ago that I discovered I was not alone. I suspect that it part of your reluctance.
You are NOT alone, and the only way to truly share (which is why we are here) is to answer your own questions; what and how you like to do it. You never know what might come of it, but at the very least you will gain the kinship of many here.
So, go on, wipe the cheshire grin off your subject and answer your own questions, and it just might start a dialog with someone; perhaps more than just one someone.
