I usually wear firm-fitting, full cut women's panties, plastic pants, then gym shorts over top.
When I am ready to poo myself I climb in under the sheets [put a towel under if u are concerned about leakage] then let it all happen in my panties.....awesome!!
Once I have pooped & am squishing & sliding up & down in the warm, fresh load it takes very little time to rub myself thru the layers of clothing & cum everywhere......about 10 seconds!!
