sometimes when i feel like pooping my pants, there's just not enough for a good time! when i was younger, my first idea was to put a banana or two up there, rapidly increasing both mass and urgency. Smells a bit strange though :P over the years, i've tried a few different things. One of the more noteworthy (and more enjoyable) takes a little time to prepare though. (see URL) instead of metamucil i use psyllium husk. when you take it out of the microwave, pour/push it into a cylinder like a paper towel roll and let cool, maybe throw it in the fridge/freezer for a few minutes if you are impatient like me :P like the page says, you can change the amount of water to get the desired firmness. how you get it into your bowels is up to you (and half the fun :D)
does anyone else do anything (not necessarily as elaborate) to ensure a thorough pants-filling?
