Nope.
Nobody will, because it is down for the moment.
Nyou2 was hosted on Anonib, but after a raid they switched to IB4F and changed names to Nyou3, which is currently down (see ib4f.com).
As far as I know, there is no good alternative English image board. (NOT talking about regular forums etc)
