Welcome, particularly if this was also your first post.
Why did it take so long for you to do it again in your panties? It sounds like you should have done it long before, when your poop was not so messy.
Me, I prefer to be really firm, even constipated; it tends to take a long time, push my panties nearly off me, and makes a bulge that is VERY evident. When I am like that, there is nothing better than to just walk along somewhere, letting it take its sweet time. Actually, it is better than sitting on a potty trying to push it out painfully.
Email if you wish; it seems we have much in common. Although, I do hope you will be indulging yourself a little more often --- forever seems like an AWFULLY long time...
