Sure they;re real. Like Jesus, Allah, Santa Claus. This is an anonymous place. As such, anyone can pose as to whomever or whatever he or she wants to be. I know two real females (as in never had a penis) who are poopers and who enjoy being poopers. I know them in real life. Not by stupid made-up girly names on an anonymous message board.
