How much depends on input too much input= more output it will do for two to three days depending on body wieght and i wiegh 60kg
and 20ml dose the trick and is complety safe and treat it like any laxtative but it is slower and more random which ads to the desperation when it hapends. 2l will last a long time just make shore it is not out of date.
