In our enthusiasm for "Jane" I think we are forgetting, or didn't see, Andrew's informative post on Feb 4 that "Jane", "Dave", "My thing", "Axl" and "Julie" (but not Julia) all post from IP address 98.180.26.123. This is pretty suggestive that they are all the same person, and I would say the chances are pretty high that that person is the proud owner of a penis.
