No suppositories for me. Just wait it out, until you NEED to poop, then go where you want to go.
As for what you wear, I think full cut briefs are the best (under whatever you would wear normally). They hold the poop pretty good, unless what you expel is MASSIVE, and for your first time, I somehow doubt that will be the case. Be aware that if you are wearing something like tight jeans, and your poop is particularly soft, it will likely get out of them, no matter how full cut they are.
