I hear you. Been there, done that. Hang in there. Couple years ago in Dec, came home from work early, 24hr flu. Within an hour threw up about 4 times. Had loose runs once. Went to bed. 12hr later woke to a strange smell. Found I'd pooped my PJs. Body must have thought the pressure was gas. Wasn't. Not a pleasent feeling. Know what you're going through.
