Cindy, thinking more of your ordeal, I too, have felt the same sweats, numbness and shakes. Feeling like everything inside you is about to come out your butt. Because of my work situation, I work generally alone but in a public setting, I've had those sensations and have had many close calls. I've walked rather stiffly down the hall to the restroom because I'd been using every muscle strength possible to keep from pooping my pants. Because of long shifts, pooping my pants has never been an option. You just put up with the urgency that sometimes occurs because of a good diet and lifestyle and being a "regular" guy, as it were. Thanks again for sharing your traumatic situation.
