For me, it all stemmed from a friend who jokingly entered the word "poop" into a search engine eight years ago. We were thirteen, we saw weird things, and we laughed.
But, my interest was piqued a bit more than his. When I went home later that day, I was compelled to search more and more.
I had always been taught as a child that all forms of sexuality are shameful, so I had never masturbated (or even viewed the thought without disgust) until I was fourteen.
My first orgasms were to wetting and pooping. To this day, it by far the easiest pornographic material for arousal. Every wet dream I've had has involved wetting and/or pants filling, and I've had many non wet dreams about them as well. I almost never dream about "normal" sexual activity.
But, when put into application, I've never really gotten much from wetting myself or from filling my pants. The acts don't do much, and the sight of feces disgust me, and I loathe to touch it. I had a girlfriend try wetting for me a couple of times, and she ended up liking it. But again, I actually got little from it.
What little I have been able to learn is that it's always about the pants or panties. I don't want to see a girl poop or pee into the air. I want to see her do it into what she's wearing.
So, overall, I really don't know.
