The ultimate fantasy is a helpless bound and gagged heroine, like Batgirl, squirming on the floor in dire need of a toilet. She can see the toilet on the other side of Catwoman's hideout, but can not use it properly.
The bulk laxative the evil villianess has given her doesn't help. The poor spandex clad heroine has no choice but to wet and shit in her purple costume.
So my choice would be #1.
