Number 3 for me... I think I enjoy it too much to want to tie it to humiliation / shameful experiences, but I can see how that might appeal in some ways. Also I think if it's just letting go whenever, it loses it's appeal somehow. Again though, I like the rebellious aspects there - but I just like "sticking it to the man" anyway, lol!
It's the shared secret thing, or naughtiness aspect that I find arousing, and sharing that with someone is great :D
