Okay, lets be fair. #2 doesn't exist. Certainly not as described. Its a creation of fiction, and that's okay and all. I like those stories, too. But no one in the real world "just doesn't care" to that degree. That's not to say there aren't exhibitionist poopers, but they very much DO care about what they are doing. Its not all "Oh, what ev's, gonna poop now." Its premeditated at heart. Which is also totally cool, but lets not mistake fiction for reality, either. Exhibitionist pooping is in many ways about knowing what people will think of you and doing it anyway, not a crippling detachment/ignorance from the most basic social conditioning.
Anyway, #3 for me. If I'd ever do this, I'd want it to be fully desired but private enjoyment.
