My choice would be #3 but only if my lover was as erotically stimulated by it as me. I've had lovers who seem to be willing to please me in this manner. But that seems to be part of a womans nature to want to please her man. Even if it means doing something that she really doesn't like. I don't want to cause anyone any uncomfortable feelings even if it is my lover wanting to please me.
