I'd add a fourth option: women who are incontinent or have bowel problems. As I've said before, my interest in this fetish began when I met two women who had bowel disorders and needed to wear bulky cloth diapers (this was the early 1970s), and a teenage girl who was incontinent and messed in her panties in class several times a week.
However, the concept of females being messy for just about any reason turns me on!!
