"Weeds," season one. Celia discovers that her overweight daughter, Isabelle, has been stashing chocolates under her bed. Celia replaces the candy with chocolate laxatives, which Isabelle unwittingly gobbles down. It hits her - spectacularly - in school.
Also, didn't Jenny McCarthy have a diarrhea accident on an episode of her TV show?
One other thing. On "SNL," the season 5 episode with host Chevy Chase...during the end titles, you see Laraine Newman bouncing up and down as if she has to go to the potty REAL bad. Jane Curtin walks over to Laraine and says something to her, then Laraine walks off the stage alone. Laraine looked like the kind of person where nothing would stay on her stomach - so I wonder if she had to mess (and if she made it to the loo)? Laraine also played a "child psychologist" character on SNL that was a real child; each sketch ended with the prycologist having a bathroom emergency.
