It's difficult to know how to broach the subject of the fetish.
In terms of experiences with men over my (increasingly long) lifetime, I have found it fairly easy to introduce the wetting fetish. Just squirm on the bar stool and say, "Oh, don't make me laugh so hard! I'm just about to wet my pants!" You can ALWAYS tell when a guy is aroused. There's the whole dropping jaw, glassy eyes routine going on....
And such "preferences" are not as rare as those poor self-pitying youtube addicts on the wetter's board would like to think.
But pooping is different. I have never found a really good way to introduce the subject. The squirm and fidget routine doesn't work as well in this case because almost no one will admit he has this kind of fetish and will do almost everything in his power to hide his arousal. So it really is a quandary.
