Everyone's sort of got their own take on how/why this sort of thing works for them. A few good reasons often include:
* The taboo factor of doing something totally socially unacceptable
* The feeling of desperation, or of having an accident, sometimes mixed with humiliation.
* Being able to relax, do what you like without fear of consequences, sometimes mixed with a childhood regression
* The pure feeling of doing it, the warmth and all the sensations of having a load in one's underwear
* As part of a wider interest in scat
* In cases such as yours, doing such a thing between partners also invokes a very high level of intimacy
Personally, I enjoy the physical sensations of it, the warmth, the soft stickiness, the weight of it hung back there, or feeling your underwear expand as you do the deed. It is a strange feeling when you do it, I will say that, but also quite amazing, and even if it doesn't work for you the first time, it's something you can learn to love. And strange as it might sound, some people even like the smell of it :)
All of that said, obviously it isn't for everyone, but as a last note, I think you deserve some serious props for sticking with your guy after finding this out about him, and actually taking the time to consider and look into this. Not everyone would be so understanding and compassionate. I hope he realises how lucky he is :)
